Who I help buy

  • First-time buyers. I'm a First Time Buyer Specialist (FTBS).
  • Families moving to the size that fits: smaller, closer to family, or bigger for a growing or multi-generational household.
  • Anyone starting over after a divorce or a loss.
  • Spanish-speaking buyers, in Spanish from start to finish.

What buying with me looks like

  1. A buyer consultation

We talk about what you want, your timeline, and what's realistic in your price range.

  2. Get pre-approved

I connect you with trusted lenders. I worked as a loan processor and a loan officer, so I can explain what the lender is asking for and why.

  3. Tour homes

I set up a search for homes that match, and we tour them together.

  4. Write a strong offer

We decide on the offer strategy together, and I negotiate for you.

  5. Inspections to closing

I coordinate inspections and keep the deal moving. When something comes up, I find the fix.

  6. Keys, and after

My trusted vendors are yours after closing too.

When a deal hits a wall

My buyers really, really wanted a very modern townhome with cement floors and no railings on the stairs. Right near the finish line, the appraiser called the stairs a safety hazard.

We worked it out with the sellers and brought in a stair and handrail company that kept the modern look. The railings went in fast, the appraiser accepted it, and we closed. When a deal hits a wall, I find the fix that keeps everyone's goal intact.

My home search was up and down mentally, each time I wanted to give up Rebeca kept encouraging me. I can't tell you the countless homes we've seen. I can hear her in my ear "There's a house for everyone" finally we get into submitting offers. I finally locked in my dream home!

Questions I hear

Do I need to be pre-approved before I look at homes?

Usually, yes. A pre-approval shows what you can afford and makes your offer stronger. Rebeca Gamon can do one or two showings first and connects buyers with trusted lenders.

I'm buying my first home in Modesto or Stockton. Where do I start?

Start with a conversation and a pre-approval. Rebeca Gamon is a First Time Buyer Specialist (FTBS) who walks first-time buyers through every step, from the first showing to the keys.

Is there a Spanish-speaking agent who can help me buy a home?

Yes. Rebeca Gamon is fully fluent in Spanish and helps buyers in Modesto, Stockton and across Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties in English or Spanish.

Can I search homes for sale on my own?

Yes. Use Rebeca Gamon's home search at buywithrebeca.com. When you find a home you like, send it to her and she'll set up a tour.
