Fair Housing Statement
Last updated: October 16, 2026
I am committed to equal housing opportunity. Every buyer, seller and renter gets the same service, the same information and the same respect.
The law I follow
I follow the federal Fair Housing Act and California's Fair Employment and Housing Act. Under these laws, no one may be treated differently in housing because of:
- Race, color, ancestry or national origin
- Religion
- Sex, gender, gender identity or gender expression
- Sexual orientation
- Marital status
- Familial status, including children under 18 and pregnancy
- Disability, mental or physical, and medical condition
- Age
- Source of income, including housing assistance
- Genetic information
- Military or veteran status
- Citizenship, primary language or immigration status
What that means in practice
I describe homes and neighborhoods with facts anyone can check. I don't steer anyone toward or away from an area. You choose where you want to live.
If you believe you've been treated unfairly
You can contact the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) at 1-800-669-9777 or hud.gov/fairhousing, or the California Civil Rights Department at 1-800-884-1684 or calcivilrights.ca.gov.
